Manage your Phyn Premium subscription
Phyn Premium unlocks additional app features while your Jellyfin server and library remain under your control.
Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the store where you purchased Phyn Premium, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play.
What Premium can unlock
Premium availability can vary by platform and offer, but may include features such as:
- Offline downloads.
- Resume playback features.
- Advanced reading features.
- Integrations and plugin-backed features.
- Notification URL features.
- Early or premium-only app features.
Jellyfin still required: Premium does not include a Jellyfin server or media library. You still need access to a Jellyfin server to use Phyn.
Manage billing on iOS, iPadOS, or macOS
- Open the system
Settingsapp or App Store account page. - Open your Apple ID subscription settings.
- Find Phyn.
- Change, renew, or cancel the subscription from Apple.
Manage billing on Android
- Open the Google Play Store.
- Open your account menu.
- Go to
Payments & subscriptions. - Open
Subscriptions. - Select Phyn.
- Change or cancel the subscription from Google Play.
Restore purchases
If Premium is active in the store but not visible in Phyn, open the Premium or account area in Phyn and use restore purchases if available. Make sure the device is signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account that made the purchase.
Refunds and billing questions
For store purchases, Apple or Google usually controls refunds and billing support. If you contact Phyn support, include your platform and a short description of the purchase issue, but do not send full payment details publicly.
