Fix promo code redemption problems
Use this article when a Phyn promo code is rejected, already redeemed, expired, or does not unlock the expected offer.
Promo codes are processed by Apple or Google for most purchases, so the store account and platform rules matter.
Check the code first
Confirm that:
- The code was entered exactly as provided.
- There are no extra spaces before or after the code.
- The code has not expired.
- The code is valid in your country or region.
- The code is valid for your platform.
- The code has not already been redeemed.
Check the store account
Make sure you are signed in to the Apple ID or Google account that should receive the offer. If you redeemed the code on a different store account, Phyn may not see the entitlement on this device.
Account note: Phyn cannot move an App Store or Google Play redemption from one store account to another.
Refresh Phyn
After redeeming a valid code:
- Open Phyn.
- Open the Premium or account area.
- Use restore purchases if available.
- Restart Phyn if the entitlement does not appear immediately.
If it still does not work
Contact support with the platform, the store account type, the error message, and whether the store accepted or rejected the code. Do not send the full code in a public message.
